Pain point
Rally Appraisal needed help updating their appraisal request web application and end user facing website. Originally built in PHP and static HTML, using an Access database and on prem server, Rally's website was not mobile responsive and was a challenge to update. 

​Solution
We redesigned their website using a clean, responsive layout and simplified the editing process so page content and appraisers can be edited in minutes instead of hours. The website was migrated to an Azure app so it can easily be secured, monitored, and scaled in the cloud. Their backend appraisal request application was rebuilt in .NET Core, and we migrated the data to an Azure SQL instance.​
